Admin for physiotherapists

Booking requests, cancellations and unpaid invoices, and all of them arrive between patients. Forward them and read the replies when you have a minute to yourself.

What lands on you

  • A new-patient enquiry answered with times you can actually see them.

  • Unpaid invoices chased for you, in words you would have used yourself.

  • The calls that come mid-appointment answered, with the reason they rang written down for you.

Shoulder — do you take self-referrals?

Hello, I've had a painful right shoulder for about six weeks now, worse at night and when I reach behind me. My GP said physio but the wait is months. Can I book with you directly, and do you do evenings? Thanks, Sonia

Re: Shoulder — do you take self-referrals?

Hi Sonia, Yes, you can book with us directly — you don't need a referral from anyone. What you're describing is common and usually responds well, but it wants assessing properly before anybody tells you what it is. The first appointment is 45 minutes and £55, and you'll leave with a plan rather than a leaflet. We have evening slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm. Would either of those suit you? You read it, change anything you want to change, and press send. Nothing reaches your customer until you do.

Get your evening back, starting this week.

You'll have an address of your own to forward to, and nothing to set up at your end.
