Your privacy
What is collected when you use this site, what happens to it, and how to get rid of it. Written to be read rather than to cover anyone.
When you ask for a free week
You give a name, a business name, an email, a phone number and a line about your work. That is used to ring you back and set you up. It is kept for as long as you are a customer, and for twelve months after you ask for a free week if you never become one. Ask and it goes sooner.
If you become a customer
Things you forward contain your customers' details. Those are held so your work can be done and for no other purpose. They are never sold, never used to market anything to anyone, and never used to train anything. You get a written agreement covering this before you forward a single message, and you can have everything returned and deleted whenever you ask.
Who else is involved
A small number of suppliers make this work: somewhere to send email, somewhere to send text messages, somewhere to keep your records, and Anthropic, whose Claude helps draft replies. Each one is named in the agreement you get before you start. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.
Measuring visits to this site
If you accept, Google Analytics records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and which link brought you. You are not identified and nothing is loaded until you accept. Decline and this site works exactly the same.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@adminhandled.co.uk and you will get an answer within a few days. If you are not happy with it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Who is responsible
No Fear Tech Ltd is responsible for information collected here. Email hello@adminhandled.co.uk with any question about it and you will get a straight answer.
