The deal, in plain words
What you get, what it costs, and what happens if either of us wants to stop. Nothing here is designed to catch you out.

Who you are dealing with
AdminHandled.co.uk is a trading name of OrderRing Ltd, company 17401172, registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. These terms are between you and that company.
What you get
An address of your own. Forward anything to it and you get back a drafted reply, the figures read off any receipt, and a record kept of both.
Nothing is sent to anyone until you approve it. We will not change that without telling you first.
What you are responsible for
The words that go out in your name. You read every reply before it sends, so what your customer receives is what you approved — and if you approve something wrong, that is on you rather than on us.
Keeping your own tax affairs straight. You get your purchase records kept properly, with the VAT against each one. Filing a return is your job or your accountant's, and nothing here is accounting or tax advice.
What it costs
Whatever the price was when you signed up, billed weekly or monthly, whichever you chose. The price you are shown is the price you are charged.
You can switch between weekly and monthly whenever you like. If we ever change what a plan costs, you get told before it takes effect and you can leave instead.
Stopping
You can stop whenever you want, with no notice period and no exit fee. You pay for the period you are in and nothing after it.
We can stop too, if the service is being used for something unlawful or in a way that puts other people at risk. If we do, you get told why and you get your records back.
When it goes wrong
Sometimes a draft will be wrong. That is why you read it first, and it is why a receipt that does not add up is shown to you rather than quietly corrected.
What we can be held to is the amount you paid us over the previous twelve months. We do not exclude anything the law does not let us exclude, and nothing here affects your rights if you are dealing with us as a consumer.
Which law applies
If you and we ever fall out over any of this, it is the law of England and Wales that applies and the courts of England and Wales that decide it.
